The Sanitas La Zarzuela Hospital, opened in 1986 consists of 6 buildings for medical care, which is organized into 5 areas: Hospitalization, Intensive Care Units, Surgical Area, Emergency and Outpatients. The Hospitalization Area has 92 single rooms on 4 floors, area Intensive Care Unit has an adult ICU, pediatric ICU and Neonatal Intermediate Care Unit. The surgical area include 5 surgical operating rooms in the central block and 3 operating theaters in the area of outpatient surgery. Hospital Emergency Area has adult and pediatric 24h. Regarding outpatient they are composed of 50 medical specialties and a prestigious box optional.
